Kidstuff is an iconic Australian toy retailer established in 1969 with over 55 locations nationally and a large online store. I spent 3 years as the sole graphic designer for the brand and was given the opportunity to design artwork for a range of print and digital projects, including original product packaging and all company promotional materials in compliance with brand guidelines. During this time I elevated the brands pre-existing design portfolio with the role being previously fulfilled by a marketing coordinator. Due to this fact, I was given a lot of responsibility and trust was given to me to work on large scale operations and campaigns leading to successful outcomes
Subsequently I have created a body of work that I am proud of and grateful to be able to see when walking into one of the Kidstuff stores. The examples shown in my portfolio showcase my ability to create dynamic visual elements, apply colour theory and composition techniques to construct appealing designs adding and adhering to the historical brand.
